The Singers is a children's play-book based on the folktale The Bremen Town Musicians. No longer fast or young enough to work, a donkey, dog, rooster and cat are turned away from their farms and onto the streets. After some searching they come across a house run by thieves. By working together they successfully scare away the robbers and claim the house as their own! For this project Pearson Australia asked Pounce to illustrate the characters for the children's novel aimed at children in year 2 between the ages of 7 and 8.
